FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

 

		Our hours of business are :
		Monday - Friday : 9.00am to 5.30pm
		Saturday : 9.00am to 4.00pm
		Sunday & Public Holidays : CLOSED
		Although our showroom is closed on Sunday, we still deliver for functions provided that it is a minimum of 50 Balloons. A surcharge of $60.00 also applies.
		Surcharges may also apply for work outside of the above mentioned business hours.
		We can arrange for deliveries Australia Wide.
		For smaller deliveries we use a courier service Monday to Friday.
		Helium latex balloons last around 16 hours when kept in cool conditions. A special balloon treatment is available at an additional cost to extend the float time of your balloons. Airfilled latex and foil balloons can last indefinately in the right conditions and helium filled foil balloons can last up to a few weeks and can be re inflated.
		We do not refund on goods but will gladly exchange or give credit providing that goods are intact.
		We accept cash, eftpos on site, company cheque, and all major credit cards except Diners. AMEX transactions attract a 2.5% surcharge.
		We require a minimum of 3 working days for printed balloons with a minimum of 100 balloons. A 50% deposit is required.
		Helium is not a flammable gas and is non-toxic, though caution should be used.
		All equipment is tested and checked before hire. No responsibility is taken on how equipment is being used.
